Preversi.sk is built with a focus on GDPR, personal data protection and responsible information handling. The goal is not to publicly “expose” anyone, but to enable a safe risk check before renting or cooperating. Reported records are reviewed and data is not published without rules. The person adding a record can stay private, or voluntarily identify themselves according to the chosen option.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add entries anonymously?
Yes. With an anonymous review your identity is not shown to other users – only the content and the publication date are visible. You can also publish a review under your name.
What do the rating colour and description visibility mean?
Every review has a colour: OK, Recommend, Caution or Warning. The colour is always visible to whoever checks the person or company. For Caution and Warning a description is required (at least 20 characters), and the author decides whether only the administrator or also Preversi.sk users can read it.
How do you protect against false entries?
Every entry can be reported for moderation. Reported entries are reviewed, and where the rules are breached we may restrict or remove the content. We also continue to improve abuse and spam detection mechanisms.
Is this legal under GDPR?
The platform has been designed with GDPR principles in mind. People affected by an entry can request verification of content and ask for correction or removal of data in line with applicable procedures.
What if someone posts a false entry about me?
Anyone affected by an entry can report it for verification. We provide a right of reply and moderation by our specialists.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — with no hidden fees and no notice period.
What does the «Records about you» feature monitor?
It compares the details in your profile with records published on Preversi.sk. It does not monitor the whole internet or external databases.
Can I see the number of records that may concern me for free?
Yes. A Free account can see the number of possible matches. Access to detailed content and contacting authors requires active access.
Does Preversi.sk connect people affected by the same subject?
If different users have published records about the same person or company, the system may let them get in touch through internal messages. Contact details of users are not disclosed automatically.
Can I contact others anonymously?
Yes. If you choose an anonymous message, the recipient will see the sender as «Anonymous».
